I'm going to go out on a limb here and say never. Not to be rude, but there are far too many dog's killed everyday because they can't find a home.

Of course breeding is necessary to maintain the lineage of show dogs. That, however is something for experienced breeders. Your question leads me to believe that you aren't one.
